No hassle easy deal

I am grateful to Argon Credit for helping me help my grandson. He needed money for school and I was able to help him. It's very comforting to know that in this tough world in which we live, there is still support for those who have done their due diligence. I encourage my grandson to be diligent and I thank Argon Credit for helping me with my commitment to family.

I was told I was approved and would have the funds the next day. That did not happen I called and was told to wait another day. I waited called back told to wait again. Finally I found someone who would listen and they found something wrong and corrected the issue it took a few more days to get funds but the process was frustrating. In addition when I would call from my number after the 3rd day I would be passed around for 15 minutes before someone would answer. However, if I called from a different phone it would answer right away. While my other phone e was still ringing through the que. Interesting.

I have finally spoken to a sane & fantastic individual by the name of Paula. Not only did she call back as she had promised, but she followed through on her word. She provided me with excellent customer service and was very personable. It has been a nightmare with this loan and not to mention that aftermath. I can't wait to pay it off.
