I wish I could give ARETYN and their Customer Experience Manager, Kayla, more than 5 stars. Our original package was unfortunately stolen after our community mailboxes were vandalized. From the moment I contacted ARETYN, Kayla showed us nothing but kindness, understanding, and genuine care. She immediately arranged a replacement, expedited it, personally kept track of the order, and continued updating me throughout the entire process. When they later discovered a small printing error with two of the jerseys, they contacted ME before I even noticed it and had already arranged replacements. That alone says a lot about the kind of company they are. But then today, they completely surprised us. We came home to a gift package with a soccer ball for my son Lucas, a jacket for me, and an incredibly kind handwritten note thanking US for our patience and understanding. That honestly left me speechless. I believe it should be the other way around Kayla, you and your team have been incredibly kind, thoughtful and done all the hard work. Thank you, because things can go wrong with any order, but I believe the true measure of a company is how they treat people when something does go wrong. Kayla and the ARETYN team went so far above and beyond what was expected that they turned an unfortunate situation into an experience our family will genuinely remember. Thank you, Kayla and the entire ARETYN team, for reminding us what exceptional customer service — and simple human kindness — looks like. You have customers for life. — Erick Sala & Family

Thank you so much for taking the time to share this, Erick! Reading your words truly means more to our entire team than you know. Things don’t always go perfectly, but we believe those moments give us the greatest opportunity to show how much we care. Knowing that you and your family felt genuinely looked after throughout the process is exactly what we want every ARETYN family to experience. Your kind words about Kayla especially mean a lot! She genuinely cared about making this right for you, and we know she’ll be incredibly grateful to read what you shared. Thank you for taking the time to recognize her and the care she put into your experience. We hope Lucas enjoys the soccer ball and that you enjoy the jacket! It was simply our small way of saying thank you for your patience, understanding, and for giving our team the opportunity to take care of you. And hearing “customers for life” is something we will never take for granted! Thank you again, Erick, from all of us at ARETYN! / The ARETYN Team

I’m giving ARETYN 1 star mainly because of the lack of communication and how difficult it is to contact an actual customer service representative. I placed my order on August 11 and received a shipping notification that same day, which I found unusual. When the package arrived, it had my correct name and shipping information, but the items inside were NOT my order, and the order number on the package sticker was also not mine. I received someone else’s order. I have been trying to contact ARETYN ever since. I’ve gone through the Customer Support options on their website, but none seem to apply to this situation. I also sent a message through Instagram and have received no response. I understand that shipping mistakes can happen. What is frustrating and unacceptable is having no effective way to contact someone to resolve them. I want to return the merchandise that belongs to another customer, and I also need confirmation that there is no issue with my actual order, which has shown no status update since August 12. ARETYN, please have a customer service representative contact me ASAP so this can be resolved.

Thank you so much for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. We’re very sorry for the frustration and confusion this has caused. Receiving a package containing someone else’s items is certainly not the experience we want anyone to have, and we completely understand why not knowing how to get it resolved would make the situation even more frustrating. We’ve reviewed your order and can confirm that your actual ARETYN order, placed on August 11, shipped on August 27, and the shipment currently on its way to you is confirmed to contain your order. Our Customer Success Team has also reached out directly to the email address provided at checkout so we can connect with you, assist with the incorrect package you received, and make sure everything is taken care of. We also want to clarify our support process, as we never want a customer to feel there is no way to reach us. Every ARETYN team store has a dedicated Customer Support section that connects directly with our Customer Success Team. For a situation like this, Return, Exchange & Refunds → My Item is Incorrect or Damaged will route the request to our team. Even when an unusual situation doesn’t perfectly match one of the listed options, our team is there to help and will make sure it gets to the right place. After seeing your review, our team searched our Customer Support submissions using the information associated with your order, but unfortunately we were unable to locate a prior request through our support system. We’re genuinely sorry that your review was how we first became aware that you needed our help. Had your message reached our Customer Success Team, we would have been ready to assist and work toward a resolution right away. At the same time, if it wasn’t clear which support option to select for an unusual situation like this, that is something we can learn from and make more intuitive. We truly appreciate you bringing that to our attention. Our team has now reached out directly and is ready to take care of this with you. We hope we have the opportunity to turn this experience around and leave you feeling much differently about ARETYN. / The ARETYN Team

We recently ordered jerseys and other training and clothing apparel for my kids soccer team. The quality is outstanding for athletic wear! It's just as good if not better than Nike, Adidas, Under Armour, etc. There was an item that was missing with our order, but it was remedied quickly and the communication was great throughout the process. It's a small company, and this time frame is probably their most busiest with soccer club orders needing to be filled throughout the country. So I appreciated how quickly they responded

Ed, thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience. We’re incredibly proud of the quality of our products, so hearing you compare them with some of the biggest brands in the industry means a lot to our team. We’re also glad our team was able to quickly resolve the missing item and keep you informed throughout the process. We truly appreciate your understanding during such a busy time of the soccer season, and thank you for trusting ARETYN! / The ARETYN Team

There is no customer service. I tried to order my daughter's soccer uniform kit. Her size was not available for one product. I could not skip buying the product and therefore could not check out. There was no one that I could contact to resolve the issue. No phone number. No email. No AI tech support. Nothing.
Response from ARETYNAug 20, 2026
Hi Caroline, Thank you for sharing this feedback, and we're sorry that you weren't able to complete your daughter's uniform order. We did want to clarify one important point, as providing accessible and responsive customer support is something we take very seriously. Every ARETYN club store has a Customer Support link located at the top of the store, which connects directly to our dedicated Customer Success team. These are real members of our team - not automated or AI responses - and they're available to assist with sizing, products, checkout issues, or anything else that may come up while ordering. We checked with our Customer Success team after seeing your review and haven't been able to locate a support request under your name, so unfortunately we weren't aware that you were experiencing an issue and didn't have the opportunity to help before now. That said, we also recognize that if you couldn't easily find a way to reach us, that's something we can learn from and improve. We certainly don't want any parent to feel like they're on their own when trying to order their child's uniform. We'd really appreciate the opportunity to help you personally. If you reach out through the Customer Support link at the top of your club store and reference this review, our team will make sure your request is prioritized and help identify what's preventing you from completing the order. We hope we can turn this experience around for you and get your daughter's uniform taken care of. / The ARETYN Team
Christopher S.
Way overpriced. Took forever on our order and in the I’m screwed our order up and replacement is taking 2x as long. The company not doing anything extra to help.
Response from ARETYNAug 21, 2026
Christopher, we’re genuinely sorry for the frustration this caused you and your son. We know how important it is for a player to have the right uniform, and in this case, we made a mistake. To provide some context, your order was produced correctly with the exception of the number on one white jersey. During the heat-press process, the two digits were accidentally reversed, resulting in 94 instead of 49. It was an honest human error, but ultimately it was our error, and it shouldn't have happened. As our Customer Success team has communicated with you directly throughout this process, we immediately ordered a corrected jersey at no cost, marked the replacement as urgent, prioritized it through production, and arranged express shipping. The replacement has since shipped and tracking was provided to you directly. Our team has also communicated that we issued a full refund for the cost of the jersey, in addition to providing the corrected replacement. We realize that none of this changes the fact that your son received a jersey with the wrong number or gives you back the time and frustration this caused. We can't promise we'll never make a mistake, but we can promise that when we do, we'll own it and do everything we can to make it right. We're sorry we let you and your son down on this one, Christopher, and we truly hope the steps we've taken show how seriously we take that responsibility. / The ARETYN Team

Was very shocked with how comfy it is and the style looked very good. Very good athletic wear and going to buy more gear in the future.
