Ease of financial transaction during the ordering process. Detailed description of product analysis and apparent dedication and commitment from production to distribution.

Very subpar customer service. Hard to buy from this company when there are so many better options available that truly care about their customers.

Arete is an outstanding company! I've been a customer for many years, and I've never had a thing to complain about. Their products are top-notch, and potent! They have stuff for beginners, as well as the connoisseur! The customer service is great, and they're very friendly! The only downside is the shipping prices are kinda high, but it hasn't stopped me from ordering their products, because it's that good! I highly recommend Arete and their products!

I cannot express how much I genuinely love this company and their INCREDIBLE customer service! Hand written, personalized notes every time. This time I even received a cool sticker AND they sent a FREE cylinder of pre-rolls! But that’s not even what keeps me coming back. Their flower is incredible as someone who has smoked for a long time and it’s very fairly priced. They have awesome deals going on quite often as well, and they even have a points system for every dollar you spend which makes them even MORE amazing in my book! I’ve been ordering from them for a little over a year now and I have never ever EVER been disappointed. Shipping is fast, product is quality, and customer service is superb! I will be ordering from them for as long as I’m able to. Big love from me, Arete Team!

For the price, quantity, quality, ease and speed of shipping, not to mention personal customer support. Good guys and gals. When youre at The River Styx about to cross over and the hooded ferryman asks you which hemp company was above and beyond the rest, you can confidently say Arete Hemp. Meow.
