Arenas staff was so helpful in all aspects from mesh count to getting my print lines crisp. They went above and beyond my expectations to ensure my project is exactly what I wanted.

I have purchase two screens from them 1 is off center by over 1 inch. The other one font is larger than my file. Despite me showing pics there was no resolution. Will not purchase from them again. Updated: Proofs were sent to me and they look correct but screens were not. I didnt realize I had to also make a note asking for them to ensure my logo was centered . Your response was of bad taste. Just to show how unprofessional your team is. No files were sent over with a phone picture , as a minority owned small business its absolutely disappointing to be talked to this way. You wont take responsibility for a mistake, instead you want to almost make fun of the customer by saying they dont know what they are doing, arent you a professional that could of advice if you werent able to provide a product that would be 100% , after all its your work so you have to make sure you stand behind it. I didnt ask for a refund, I just simply gave you a bad review and you obviously werent ready for it.After reading your reviews I realize it happened before and you also blamed the customer , i guess we are just stupid & dont know what are doing! Best of luck to you guys, customer service like this doesnt get you very far.

Great Job again! Very good quality and is exactly what I ordered.

My order took longer (a lot) then expected and advertised. I am happy with the customer service. I have ordered a few times prior but something is off with this order as far the emulsion is separating from the screen. I have reached out to customer service and hope to have this resolved soon.

I ordered the screen and it took ridiculously long for it to be made and delivered to me, completely ruining the timeline for my project.
