It took a month to receive the shoes. They looked different than the ad when received so I immediately boxed them up and went on their site to get a refund. The refund is difficult to get. You have to dig around for it. Then they make you wait and don't reply. I do not recommend buying from them.

I placed an order on 9/29 and after 16 days I still have not received my shoes. Totally unacceptable for an item to take this long. I would not recommend ordering from because the response I received from customer support seemed like they were stringing me along.

The shoes look great online, but you won't receive what is seen. Rubberized thin soles. Synthetic, not real leather, very thin materials. The shoes curve up, do not lie flat, showing they were made in a rubber factory. Your feet smell awful and they do not breathe as it is all synthetic. The shoes smell of a faint paint smell as the synthetic felt was spray painted. These are cheaper, but when you pay $140 per shoes you expect actual real materials. These are going for a Wolf & Shepherd aesthetic, but pay the extra money and get a real shoe. I spent $500 on three awful pairs of shoes. Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere.

Do not buy from this company! The shoes that my husband bought from them were way too narrow because the sizing is very off. In order to make a return you have to go through several email requests and when you finally get approval to return them, not only do you have to pay shipping to send them back, but you also have to pay a 10% stocking fee. Avoid this seller!

I've never had such a bad experience with an order in my life. I ordered these from an ad two weeks before a vacation. Emails were exchanged prior to the vacation as I had yet to receive them and tracking give me 0 information (They did not move for 2 whole weeks in the tracking information). I started reading reviews and was discouraged to find how many people had fell into this SCAM. 27 days later and sure enough, nothing like the pictures. If I pushed hard enough, I bet I could push my finger straight through the bottom of the sole. WORST SHOES i've ever seen. Video review will be coming...

The shoes I received and the photos on their website are two very different things! I ordered a pair of black CANVAS tennis shoes - what I received was shiny, cheap nylon! Even the shoe laces look different than the web site - what I got were flimsy and elastic, and when pulled up to tighten the shoes you end up with an excess of lace that has to be tucked into the shoe otherwise you'll be tripping on them. False advertising aside, these are the most uncomfortable shoes I've ever worn! They run smaller than standard and offer no foot support. I purchased them from an ad on Instagram and will throwing them into the trash… What a waste of money. They will offer to take the shoes back, but the money you will spend on shipping and the "restocking fee" make it too much of a hassle (which they planned on). They respond to bad reviews, yet do not acknowledge that the product you receive is completely different than what they are advertising. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

This company is a scam. The images online are not of the shoes you will get, and the quality is absolutely terrible. Pictures show a canvas material, but I received cheap nylon. The shoes are super cheap, lack any kind of support, and were too tight to wear. Took over a month to be delivered, and it looks like it was drop-shipped from China. Wish me luck on the return.
