Arcus Lending was recommended by our financial planner to refinance our home mortgage for a lower rate. Their service was excellent. We never had to leave our home. Much of the transaction "paperwork" was done online and they used secure electronic signatures to make it easy. When it was time for the physical papers to be signed, they sent a friendly and thorough Notary Public to our home. She explained what each of the forms we signed was for - so we understood it without having to read all of the mind-numbing fine print at the time. Everything went smoothly and we now have a lower monthly payment. We received a nice thank you card from the owner and also occasionally get an email with a few helpful articles - sort of a mini-magazine that is a quick read and has some fresh ideas that we enjoy.
