Ordered 2 controllers March 14, they took the money on March 15. I finally received my controllers on July 29! 4.5 months and many emails to the company they didn’t even ship the controllers until I harassed them and they finally shipped June 21. Horrible customer service, only email and always your fault. Controllers seem fine but have yet to use them. BBB was no help as they couldn’t get in contact so just closed the case. Stay away and just spend the extra $20 at the store.

Scammer.. Been 2 months. They say adress wrong when they used my PayPal one. Didn't even put in a manual adress.. Don't use them....

I would no recommend this company to anyone. When asked for a refund, they lied and told me it had already shipped, so they couldnt. Item didn't show shipping for another 10 days. When I went to PayPal to dispute charges, I am all of a sudden getting scam calls and text messages.

So far 56 days in transit and tracking still says its in China!!!! Awful service. Co tacted customer service who just said they would update address. Its been another 2 weeks and no further updates from them!!!

This company sucks ass. It took 2.5 months to receive my order. It took so long that I filed a complaint with PayPal and BBB. The controller is nice but not worth the wait. 1/3 email was responded to with no valid info. Bottom line pay the extra$ and go to a store.

Received item after 2 months, it doesn't work and they offer me either a 50% refund or to pay to return

Wish I found these reviews before I put myself through the hassle, after waiting over 70 days for my ps4 controller and a number of emails asking what was going on, finally got the controller which was bashed about and only packaged in a bubble wrap envelope! I've had posters better packaged, first use of it and the sound is awful with a constant crackle, awful, save the time and money and head ache and just save for a legit ps4 controller

Ordered a controller months ago, near the end of March. Still no sign of it, at this point it seems unlikely I'll receive it, or a refund. I urge anyone who is not sure about ordering from them to spend your money elsewhere.
