made a purchase for 2 controllers on MAY 17th for the first 57 days in transit the shipping would update with expected delivery date extending by an additional day every day. Contacted their customer support 3 different times, the first 2 was told to wait longer. Request for refunds denied. Third time, no response from them. Used PAYPAL for this order thankfully, opened dispute July 22 - still waiting for refund with est resolution Aug 28th Should have clued in sooner on this one with the site not being open to reviews of its products and services. DO NOT BUY FROM ARCTIC GAMERS

HUGE SCAM! Purchased a ps4 controller 6 months ago, emailed them multiple times just to get an automated reply saying they are sorry and to email them my shipping address again!

I was on the hunt for a purple DualShock PS4 controller (but I’m on a budget) and I so happened to stumble across the Arctic Gamers website which were selling these “controllers” for only $25. So without doing any research on the company (which I normally do before purchasing merchandise) I decided to buy one on a whim. After purchasing, I decided to do my research about this site and to my dismay, lots of customers were stating that they were sent counterfeit controllers. I called my bank and informed them about the situation and the customer service rep instructed me to wait until the product was shipped so I can see whether or not the controller was in fact, counterfeit. Four weeks later, I receive the item and indeed it was a counterfeit controller. Never again will I make the same mistake.You’re better off buying REAL DualShock 4 controllers from well-known companies such as Game Stop, Walmart, Target, and even the PlayStation store! Thankfully that transaction was disputed with my bank when I called them back informing them that the product that I paid for was indeed a counterfeit controller. Buyer beware! Purchase at your own risk. My buyer’s remorse is strong on this one.

So, I’m not only one who got scammed, and is still waiting on their garbage ass controller…no surprise. Thinking about filing a claim with my bank for a refund

I ordered a headphone with mike (order #1761) about 4 months ago and I am still waiting for it. Their excuse was COVID-19, but I already received another product I ordered from them at the same time. Asked for a refund and haven't heard from them again. Very disappointed.

Scam, Scam, Scam, avoid articgamers.com at all costs.... my son saved his pocket money to purchase a new PS4 controller from this website. As soon as the transaction was made, the money was debited from the card but no confirmation email was sent, which I found unusual. I have tried endlessly to contact this site but no response. I’m afraid he will have to start saving again...

Scam scam scam ordered my remote controller for PS4 in March and still have not received it. The infamous Stacy tries to help but don't do squat, sorry as female dog of a human and sorry as company.

I ordered 2 items back in April 2020. It took them about 3 months for one of the items to get here. As for my second item it states it was delivered in a whole other state ! I’ve been contacting them through email, but they completely ignore me. I’ve asked for my refund, and they completely ignore the fact that I want a refund. I’ve tried calling the phone number on their website & it’s a computer telling you to contact them through email ! Don’t waste your time or money on this company !
