Absolutely despicable
Absolutely despicable! Ordered 3 gaming controllers 4/26/20 and here we are on 6/10/20. No controllers, no responses to now 4 emails! My order status has said shipped the entire time with no tracking information. Out of almost $100 and wasted half my kids' summer.

Honestly they don't deserve even a percentage of a star for the absolute garbage in customer service assistance. I agree with everyone here that this is just one gigantic scam set out to rob people over their hard earned money! I am just another victim who has been waiting for over 2 months for a product that doesn't even exist so here's a big fvck you to arctic gamers! Just so you all know I've let everyone know and posted it on Facebook as well so if you are getting any business like your crooked ass people more than likely are we're fixing to shut you down quick!

If I can give this company a zero stars I would. I ordered two PS4 controller on April 16, 2020. It's already June 05, 2020. I still don't have it. It's almost 2 months. Save your money. Just buy from the store. It's not worth it.

STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED PRODUCT A MONTH LATER SCAM
ORDERED PRODUCT APRIL 30TH 2020 And now it is June 2020. Still have not received my controller. Its been sitting in shipped status all this time.
