If I could do 0 stars I would. This is a total scam, I paid for a controller over almost 2 months ago now. Have contacted support multiple times and they keep telling me to check tracking. I still have not recieved my order.

On May 1st I ordered a new PS4 controller from Arctic Gamers because I could tell my old controller was dying. It still isn't here OVER A MONTH LATER! It's been over 6 weeks! I've contacted their customer service who claims they've mailed it but the USPS website says they still don't have the package. They emailed me back saying maybe they have the wrong address. I checked my email from where they claimed to be sending it at the beginning of May and it has the right address. I ended up just going to the store and buying a new controller. I will never be ordering from Arctic Gamers again as I feel like I have been scammed. Don't buy from them!!!

It has been over 2 months since I ordered I still have gotten it I have emailed them asking for a refund and they just completely avoid my question or dont respond total scam.

I bought one in april still isnt there its been 2 month. Beginning to think its a scam since the support is total ass.

Absolute scam

I ordered 2 controllers 3 months ago and they still haven’t come. Before I ordered 1 and it came a couple of days later so I thought of getting another. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY 💰

Just like everyone else on here ordered a month ago and when i email them someone named "Stacy" replies and says its been shipped but when checking the tracking number it says post office still hasnt received the package to ship. Waste of time and money. These a**holes need to be shut down. Contacting my bank tomorrow. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS PI55 POOR COMPANY!!!!! UPDATE: Now they are saying my package was returned cause the post office couldnt find my address. Told me to use good english and send my address to them again. They are a complete scam business.
