Good service and good rates

I am still in the loan process. I cannot give a complete review until after my loan close and the length of time it takes to get to this closing.

The initial process was simple, however, the need for information should be a one step inquiry. I have records organized and readily available, but not everyone is that functional. Simplifying this one process will assist potential clients in future endeavors.

I understand that certain steps have to be taken when getting a home loan. However,if you are a current customer with no late payments ever in history of loan, and your refinance will lower your payments nearly 1/3, seems that a few things should not be required. Sure; check that credit rating is still high and no lawsuits for delinquent payments are on file. Once you see that bank statements show the same income sources, why do you continue to need documents? Same house same borrowers lower payments. Simple logic...make rules that are not one size fits all. They pay on time now: what are the odds they will continue the auto payments on a lower rate??? Probably 100%....

Excellent deal and professional stafff made it an exceptional experience.

The agent was very courteous and understanding. She was very patient in listening and understanding my situation and painstakingly explained everything to my understanding.
