Incredible customer service all around with Arch. Freddy is the best!

Ok, I bit the bullet with my btc that have been sitting around doing essentially nothing but gaining value, and made a seven figure loan with Arch. Approval was smooth after engaging with sales, definitely do a video call and due-diligence. I tested the transaction to them with some sats, and verified I could see that txn in their UI. The UI updates fast, even before all necessary confirmations I could see it in there. Then I did the rest of the transfers. Very stressful in my mind but everything appeared in a few minutes. The next morning the funds were ready to wire. I chose wire instead of ACH for speed. They emailed when they wired and within an hour or so I could see the funds in my account. I have set up auto-repayment (which is useful for peace of mind) and have not yet processed any repayments on my loan, but that was easy to set up. I also have not yet paid off my loan. They claim zero rehypothecation, so I am out on a limb here right now with those btc. There is no multi-sig so I can't see the btc balance either. Edit: They don't do multi-sig but they do apparently offer to show your segregated wallet address, and can send you a link to a verifiable address to see your balance is not rehypothecated, if you ask. I did and I can see it, using a simple mempool.space link on a browser. Overall, if you're looking for a loan so you don't need to sell and pay massive capital gains taxes, Arch has worked for me.

Arch lending website allows clear execution of the lending process. Terms are clear. I had enough information at every step to keep the process moving. My loan was processed and disbursed without error. I like the process has allowances for changing how proceeds are disbursed if you need to. 5 star experience indeed!!
