The staff especially Freddy were very helpful. I had lots of trouble getting this arranged, at least partially because of my nomadic life style, but Freddy got me through it. By the way your bot on the website is worthless.

(Edited by author) Offering 60% LTV loans when most others limit theirs to 50% LTV is nice, although being partially liquidated at 80% LTV sucks. Not a competitive feature. I like the upsizing option. Processing is smooth and quick.

Hi David, thank you for the review! Perhaps there is a misunderstanding here as our loans have a partial liquidation at 80% LTV (not 70% as you mentioned). We are happy to talk through this further if helpful, feel free to reach out to [email protected] or message us via the chat-box. Thank you for being an Arch client!

The terms and conditions of the loan agreement are fair, however the execution of paying off the loan and receipt of provided collateral could be improved. Sometimes time consuming in what is a volatile market.
