Lost during transportation but fixed timely
The order got lost in between the print site and the postal service and took a week longer than originally intended. It was fixed in a timely manner and delivered within a few days of the fix

Too much blur
One print came out okay with some blur, but the second print had a lot of blur and is not up to standard. For the price you figure both prints would've been much better. Also, it took 11 business days for this order.

24”x36” Poster came kind of wrinkled…
24”x36” Poster came kind of wrinkled and smudged but I still loved it. Wasn’t enough to ruin the print or be too distracting.

Our customer protection program guarantees a refund or reprint in the event of damage or loss during transit. However, we are unable to locate your information in our customer database and have not received a response to our emails. Please contact us at your earliest convenience so we may promptly send you a replacement at no additional cost.

Good quality and shipping, arrived wrinkled
My order was fulfilled on time and shipping was relatively quick. The item arrived as described and quality of print was good. My qualm is that the item arrived with significant wrinkling of the poster immediately out of the bag. It somewhat soured an otherwise perfectly satisfactory experience.

The print arrived and looks good
The print arrived and looks good, but the sizing is wrong. The print that arrived is about 1/8 of an inch too long and too wide and won’t fit in the frame I bought. I didn’t expect to have to resize it on my own.

Good quality but service could be better
Products are very nice and the quality is there but its extremely difficult to see my order after i paid

decent quality, long shipping
overall good quality print, very sturdy paper. shipping took much longer than expected. some printer lines visible on the the album cover but it is not very noticeable from a distance.
