At the time you wrote this review, the package was still in transit, but according to the latest tracking update, it was delivered today, October 18, 2024, at 11:41 am, to your mailbox.
If the package still cannot be located, don’t worry! We have a Customer Protection Program that covers lost or damaged items during transit. In such cases, we can reprint your order or issue a full refund.
Please check with the post office and let us know the outcome so we can assist you further.

We’re sorry to hear about your experience. However, we couldn’t find any record of an order under your name (which does not appear to be a real name), and you haven’t contacted us directly. We also reached out to you via Trustpilot for more information, but we never received a response.

Poor image quality
I ordered a poster on this website. After an excessively long delivery time, the order was incorrect... So I had to write an email to inform them of this problem, and they answered me almost 2 weeks later... But that can be forgiven despite All. On the other hand, after having finally received the correct order, the quality of the image was very poor and that is not acceptable. Indeed, the image seems to have been printed with a cheap printer. So, very disappointed with this website, which I obviously do not recommend.

We stand by the quality of our products and ensure that they meet our high standards before they are shipped. Therefore, I find it difficult to believe that the image was printed with a cheap printer. However, I understand that you may have received a product that did not meet your expectations, and for that, I apologize. We will conduct an inspection of the printing facility that was responsible for fulfilling your order to ensure that it meets all applicable printing norms and standards. We would be more than happy to work with you to find a solution that meets your needs and ensures your satisfaction.

Oh no, sorry to hear that your order was stolen. This shouldn't have happened. Thank you for letting us know. Although the delivery is beyond our control, we’ll investigate this case with UPS/USPS.
Don’t worry, we are always on your side. That is why we offer a reprint in case your order is damaged, lost or significantly delayed in transit. We have already arranged a reprint of your order free of charge.
