I have now reported this company who do not even have a valid postcode to Trading Standards and PayPal as they are refusing to take responsibility for damaged item - as I said in my last review - AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

Ordered a book lamp 7 weeks ago, tracking was provided almost immediately but is next to useless as there is no carrier specified. Despite repeated emails I have not had my product or any idea where it might be. Trying to get my money refunded now as this is obviously a SCAM, like so many other reviewers have said DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY

Item not received, the parcel tracking company (24servicevip) is a scam. Do not order from this company. If you see their adverts on Facebook or other social media report it as a scam
