Thank you so much for this detailed review! We're so glad the cabinet queen bed fits your family room so well, and that the white glove delivery and setup went smoothly from start to finish. It's great to hear the mattress topper tip too, that's a nice touch for guest comfort. We really appreciate your trust and can't wait to work with you again!

Respond to this review: Total Incompetence Whatever could have gone wrong with the delivery did. The sales staff was courteous but didn't have a grasp on how to handle delivery problems. They seemed easily confused and as a result, couldn't effectively handle the replacement of a damaged item. My shipment was delayed for over a month while they fumbled around trying to figure out what to to, and in the end they refused to replace the damaged and destroyed item (which was obviously dropped off a truck and then dragged across the pavement). They issued me a refund and then removed the item from their web site in an effort to keep me from reordering it, which is a pretty sleazy tactic to pull on a customer. They told me to keep the broken piece of furniture which I then had to dispose of. A horrible experience from a customer standpoint, and to be clear I will never order from them again. Show more Composed accountable review response addressing specific service failures Composed accountable review response addressing specific service failures We're sorry you went through this. A month-long delay, a damaged item, and a team that couldn't resolve it are well below what we expect from ourselves. You shouldn't have been left to dispose of a broken piece of furniture on your own, and we know the refund doesn't make up for the time and frustration this cost you. We've flagged this internally so it doesn't happen again. We're sorry we lost your business. - Archic Furniture Team

Thank you for the excellent review! We're thrilled the bed is working perfectly for your guest room. We do want to address the packaging damage during transit—please reach out to our support team with photos so we can work with our carrier to prevent this in the future. We also appreciate your feedback on the assembly instructions and will review those sections to make them clearer for customers. Thanks for choosing Archic! Archic Furniture Team
