I've used Arccos for a couple of years, and the app has been consistently buggy and frustrating. It regularly misses shots, and even after manually editing a round, it can remove shots that you've already corrected. The Smart Edit function never worked properly for me either, and spending ages fixing rounds defeats the whole point of having an automatic tracking system. After finally stopping using it, I requested a refund for the remaining six months of my subscription. Customer service refused, offered little consideration of the ongoing product issues, and somehow managed to address me by the wrong name. For a product that isn't cheap, I'd expect considerably better reliability and customer support. Unfortunately, neither delivered. I wouldn't recommend it.

Don’t be fooled by the marketing hype. Arccos feels impressive for the first few rounds, but once the novelty wears off, it’s hard to justify the price. The post-round summaries are nice enough, but the insights are surprisingly shallow and don’t offer much that genuinely helps you improve. The app has barely changed in the years I’ve been using it. The company regularly announces exciting new features in its own press releases, but many either take years to arrive or never seem to materialise at all. Don’t buy it based on promises of what’s coming. Customer support is poor—unhelpful, dismissive and, in my experience, bordering on rude. The biggest warning, however, is the annual renewal. If Arccos has your card details, be very careful. My annual subscription was renewed automatically without any warning or reminder beforehand. When I challenged this, I felt I was given misleading responses and, once I questioned those explanations, communication simply stopped. At the end of the day, Arccos is an expensive gimmick. There are plenty of golf apps that cost around half as much and deliver similar stats, better smartwatch integration, superior on-course features and stronger social functionality. Save your money and look elsewhere.

I have been with Arccos for a number of years. After early hiccups the system actually works quite well, however the annual subscription goes up every year and the Customer Service seems to go down. I foolishly bought myself the laser range finder and I'm again I'm reminded how little they care about Customers. The response is slow and shows little focus or urgenc and just not up to the standard you would expect from what you pay . One week in amd my issue with my £300 range finder remind outstanding. I am too invested in them to pull out now but I ask you to think very carefully before you make the same mistakes I have.

Very unreliable product that promises so much, too much. The main advantage to me that Arccoss has over competitors such as Game Golf and Shotscope ; which I have used extensively previously, are the clearer Strokes Gained analysis and that the Phone Display SHOULD prevent the need for post round edits as none of these systems are perfect but if you can update any missed shots as you go along, then it should just require a quick update at the end of the round prior to submission, tedious post round editing SHOULD be eliminated. Unfortunately of approx 50 rounds played using Arccoss to date, maybe 2 or 3 have worked as intended, most of the time one of the sensors fails at least for 2 or 3 shots a round and there are some other less serious issues down to course mapping errors or perhaps GPS tracking anomalies. This makes Arccos a frustrating system to use as you have to spend more time trying to correct missed shots instead of thinking about the game. I am persevering a little more and will update you in a further month or two as I am sincerely hoping that they will be ironing out these issues soon although I am losing confidence and may revert back to Shotscope soon. One very good aspect of Arccoss, the support crew are very responsive and do turn sensor replacement requests and other support querires around pretty quickly, but that does not unfortunately make up for the poor product quality/reliability, unfortunately, not today anyway.
