After several years of using Arccos, I’m finally done. Like many long term users, the novelty has worn off. The core idea is still good, but the experience simply hasn’t improved enough to justify the expensive annual subscription. The app is slow, buggy and increasingly frustrating to use. Shots and putts regularly disappear from the scorecard, even when I check everything after each hole. I’ve reached the point where I have to keep a separate manual scorecard just to validate what Arccos has recorded, which rather defeats the purpose of using the system in the first place. What makes this harder to accept is that many cheaper golf apps now offer a smoother experience and features that Arccos still lacks. Meanwhile, a lot of the newer functionality seems increasingly tied to purchasing additional hardware on top of an already expensive subscription. The scorecard experience in particular feels dated. Multiplayer integration between Arccos users is poor, the scorecard view itself is limited, and there still isn’t a straightforward way to export your scoring and round data. I’ve stuck with Arccos for several years because I liked the concept and wanted the platform to improve, but reliability should be the absolute minimum for a paid golf tracking service. When I can’t trust it to accurately record my round without constantly checking and correcting it, the value proposition falls apart. For the price, Arccos should be considerably better than this. Unfortunately, competing apps have caught up and in several areas now surpassed it.

Worst customer service on planet Earth. The other reviews are spot on….this company has ZERO customer service. Their advertised phone number (844) 692-7226 automatically puts you on hold and then abruptly hangs up on you at exactly 15 minutes of waiting on the phone. Oh, and get this: customer service hours span a whopping 4 hours Monday thru Friday (1100-1500). If you don’t like wasting your time on hold you can always email their non-existent inbox and cross your fingers. I think the odds of getting an actual response is about as good as winning the lottery. Products are good and mostly accurate. Their recent release/update of the app added some impressive data points, dispersion maps, some AI analysis and so forth. The accessories (Air/Link and laser rangefinder) have a lot of room for improvement. The Air (rebranded Link but not really rebranded as the ‘Link’ name appears all over my ‘Air’) only connects about half of the time before a round. The other half of the time I have to restart the link, aim at the sky, do a dance, restart my phone, do a jumping jack and ‘hope’ that it connects to my phone for shot tracking. The rangefinder was really good….for 6 weeks. At that point, it stopped connecting to my phone/Arccos App, no longer provides plays like distance and reads everything at 6 yards away. You heard that right….the tree 200 yards away…reads at 6 yards, the golfer standing 50 yards away on the next tee box…6 yards away, the bird flying 800 feet up in the sky, laughing through his bird calls after he notices the Arccos logo on my range finder,….also reads at 6 yards. I should’ve kept my Garmin sensors and range finder. While they’re less capable, you can count on them to work like they’re supposed to. And if they don’t, you can actually get help when/if you need it.

The idea is great. A system linked to your clubs that keeps track of your shots, distance etc. Reality is that it simply does not work. My shots are always different in the app to actual shots taken. I have tried to reach out to Arccos but they don’t reply. Was recommended by Ping when I bought my new clubs so will email their CEO for help.

If I could only give 0 I ordered an Arcoss Air for my husband and they sent an Arcoss Link (£100 cheaper). Tried to say it was the same product. Contacted and they said the correct model would be sent by today… nothing received, no further contact/info even after chasing. This was a special birthday present 2 months ago so I will now contact golf magazines to stop anyone else experiencing any similar experiences. Do not order this product.

Worst customer experience out of any company I've ever dealt with - quite literally cannot get worse, simply because in the month since I first purchased their product I've still received ZERO responses to all of my emails (5 and counting) - it's as off their customer service department does not exist, at all. Nothing! The technology is fine, it's easy to use and gives you some insightful data, but the sensors that you install on the end of each grip are a bit awkward and they also fall off (I lost the sensor on my putter after only 2.5 rounds of use) and the rest I seemed to have to keep screwing back on to keep them tight. Very annoying after a while. In short - given how entirely nonexistent their HR / customer service department is in the event you run into any sort of issue, I would steer clear of this company. Most of the data you need can be obtained from a few sessions in a simulator and then simply tracking your fairways hit and GIR during a round - it's not worth the price and more importantly the headache that will ensue when you run into any sort of trouble and cannot for the life of you get anyone to return a single email (and they don't have a number to call, either - FYI). Don't say I didn't warn you...

Got arccos sensors and link pro. Sensors kept sliding out if the grips becoming loose. Missed a bunch of shots intra-round. Spent too much time editing and adding missed shots back in so I removed the sensors and canceled my subscription. I got a marketing email from arccos introducing arccos air which is just link pro rebranded with supposedly better software to track your round and you don’t need sensors. I figured I still had the link pro so I would give arccos another chance. I try to find a free trial to give it a go and my only option is to sign up for a full year at $200 per year, no monthly option. I send an email to arccos support asking if I could get a 30 day trial to give it a shot and they say no, because I had a subscription and canceled because the sensors didn’t work for me, I can’t get a trial to see if the arccos air would work better for me. Not a big deal putting the link pro on eBay and will punt it. I shouldn’t have wasted money on that product. Another guy I play with just did the same thing I did. Remove the sensors and gave up on it. Told him not to waste his time with the “air”. Poor product and poor customer relations.

I’m genuinely stunned by how poor my experience with Arccos has been. I paid £309 for the Arccos Air — a premium price for what is marketed as a premium golf tech product — and the entire process from setup to support has been nothing short of a mess. I created a brand‑new account, logged three rounds, and everything seemed fine… until I logged into the dashboard. Instead of showing my new Arccos Air data, it pulled in four‑year‑old data from a previous account and overwrote what I’d just recorded. That alone is a huge red flag for a product that’s supposed to be built around accurate data tracking. Trying to fix it only made things worse. I attempted to update my email so the dashboard would sync correctly, and the app immediately locked me out. No password reset emails. No way back into my account. No access to the data I had literally just paid over £300 to collect. And here’s the part that really pushed me over the edge: Arccos simply does not respond. I’ve contacted them through every channel they advertise — Instagram, X, email, online support — and I haven’t received a single reply. Not even an automated acknowledgement. Nothing. For a company charging this much for a device, the complete lack of customer service is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to chase a company across four platforms just to get basic access to the product I paid for. Right now, I’m locked out of my account, my data is gone, and Arccos has gone completely silent. If this is the level of support customers can expect, I honestly cannot recommend the Arccos Air to anyone. The technology might be promising, but the execution and customer care are nowhere near the standard you’d expect for the price. Until Arccos actually responds and resolves this, my experience has been nothing but frustration, lost data, and radio silence.
