I have looked at all my local pet stores for more realistic cat toys to no avail. I found Arcata pets online by searching for "real fur cat toys" and couldn't be happier! They ship super fast! My cats love the "mice" from Arcata pets...the price is so affordable that I ordered some for my local shelter. I will look for more reasons to order from Arcata pets in the future. A very good pet store!

I recently received two puppies who seemed very round. I ordered the liquid Excel roundworm treatment. It produced fast results. The puppies are more active and their coats are now showing some shine. I was resigned to waiting for at least a week for delivery, but it arrived in a couple of days. I have ordered from Arcata Pet before, and I was reminded again, of why I always think of them first for my pet needs.

I have ordered koi pellets from ArcadaPet.com a couple of times. This company has always delivered very quickly, the product is always fresh and the price is very reasonable. What else can you ask for?

I ordered a product (cat cone) that didn't fit my kitty. I contacted them to return it and they were very gracious. They talked with me about a better product, took my order right over the phone, shipped it that day and I received it quickly. They processed my return right away and credited my account. I would definitely order with them again. Thanks! Polly
