ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

I HAD A VERY GOOD EXPERIENCE WITH ARCATAPET.COM :O)

I love this company. They have exactly what I'm looking for in pet supplies. Also impressed with their customer service and fast shipment.

After placing my order, I received a conformation email from a person, not a computer! Wow, pretty rare these days. I received my order about 5 days later. Awesome product from an awesome company. I will definitely buy from them again.

I tried Arcata. Had zero problems; delivery ahead of schedule.

I used Arcata Pet for the first time and had absolutely no problems with them. I was searching for a specific Golden Retriever car decal, and I found it on their website. The price was even lower than expected, so I ordered online. The process was simple and the shipping charges were reasonable. I received the decal in about a week! I will definitely use them in the future and would recommend friends!

Fleece dog bones are getting harder to find. My cocker spaniel loves them to pieces, literally! I used to get the 15" ones that were almost as big as he is, but I cannot find them anywhere. I ordered 12" ones at this store online, they were reasonably priced and arrived on time in perfect condition. I will be ordering from this company for all my pet needs in the future.

I specifically wanted American Made collars for my 2 dogs, and I wanted them to be well made and durable, as well. I am SO PLEASED with the collars that I got from your company because they met all my criteria. They are sturdy, attractive and easy to use. They have now withstood the very aggressive play of two male puppies who actually grab the collars with their teeth as they play and tumble. I will definitely buy from your company again, and have told all my friends about you, as well. Thanx!!

I was looking for some specific cat toys and found them on the Arcata Pet website. It was easy to navigate and provided some background information about the company and staff that made me feel it was a safe place from which to order. The items arrived within a couple of days, lightning speed considering they crossed the country via USPS. I will definitely be a return customer, and my cats are grateful for that. Totally recommend you try it!
