ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

Pleasant online shopping experience. Navigated through the pages easily, found the items I, I mean, Birdie wanted at good prices. They shipped so fast I was surprised when it arrived two days after I placed Birdie's order. I will definitely recommend ArcataPet to my friends and I will be back time after time.

Really helpful. I would recommend them to all my friends and hopefully will use them again in the near future.

The fish flavored tapeworm medicine was the only one I could my cat to take. I can't find anything like it anywhere else. It arrived when promised, so I am very pleased with the whole experience.

Trying to find affordable tapeworm medicine for my cats was like searching for the Holy Grail. I came across Arcata and they had just what I was looking for. They shipped promptly and when there was a slight problem with the method of payment, they contacted me immediately and we resolved the problem. It was nice doing business with a company website that was very friendly when talking to them. Will definitely be using this wonderful company again. Thanks!

When I adopted my Yellow Lab, Samson, 7 years ago he had a Sea Turtle collar on. That collar has become such a part of him and he gets so many compliments on it. It is still in great shape but has faded a bit over time. I was so happy to find the exact same collar, and my kids were so excited when he and they opened it up on Christmas! The quality of that collar was phenomenal to withstand over 7 years on a 90# dog!

Emergency surgery for my dog meant that I needed a BiteNot Collar shipped for next day delivery. Mackenzie made that happen. She was professional and caring. Asked all the right questions, made instant calculations for me, was patient, proficient - just what I needed after getting bad news about my beloved pet. Thank you Mackenzie and Arcata. By the way, the surgery was successful and the BiteNot Collar is a godsend.

This was the first time I ordered from Arcata Pet. I'm really happy with the Chihuahua key chain I just purchased. I'll most definitely be coming back. Sincerely, Roxie 🐾

Only place to carry a small size of "monkey chow" for parrots. Cannot find anywhere locally. I will buy here again! Easy to order - quick delivery, although shipping was quite pricey. I'm willing to pay a more reasonable rate for shipping and wait an extra few days to get my product, but this option was not available.
