ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

I don't think there is anything they could do better. I've used them for many orders over the years. I recommend.

I initially flubbed my order, but these folks saw the problem and contacted me! We sorted it out and they shipped my order immediately. Thoughtful and pleasant customer service!!

We were very happy to find the Cozy Cone for our dog on the Arcata website for a great price! Our dog is much happier now with a more comfortable cone...if only she would stop licking her paw, we wouldn't need it....but sadly we do! Arcata shipped it to us very quickly at a reasonable cost...couldn't be happier with the service.

I ordered finch food, and it came the next day. There are a lot of pet products that I look at, and will buy in the future.

great prices on the pet food needs i have, use them exclusively to save a ton of money.

I was surprised to find my Saturday order shipped out the same day...again! Every order I've placed has been shipped immediately and the items are well priced and exactly as described. My favorite online pet supply source now!

My order was shipped the next day and I received it three days after I ordered it. Great service and my cat loves her new toys.

Easy check out, prompt delivery and yes I would recommend this store!
