I was very pleased that I was able to choose the shipping rate. I bought two Beastie Bands, which are the best and cutest pet collars and did not want to pay more for shipping that what my order cost. I did the 10 day rate and still received my collars within 4 days. I will order from your company again.

I have been a very satisfied customer for years I purchase a particular product that is excellent and appreciate being able to order by phone I always speak to someone who is most helpful and courteous I am an infrequent customer but feel that they give me the same attention and service as someone who orders often I highly recommend Arcata ! They are a standout in today's impersonal and mass market world I appreciate being able to call speak to a friendly and helpful person and receive my order in just a few days The prices are very reasonable and the shipping is reliable and also reasonably priced I don't know what I would do without them! Thanks Arcata !

I was very impressed with the speed of the delivery. The replacement door worked like a charm and now functions as brand new!!!

Ordering was easy. I was concerned about getting it from CA to PA in a week. I NEEDED it to be on time. I paid for the Priority and it was shipped on Saturday (ordered VERY late Friday night). It was at my house (rural address in PA) on Monday! SO impressed! Would highly recommend if you need it in good time frame.

The website was super easy to use. The selection & pricing was great. Shipping was very quick. Made a great gift.
