I've ordered 3 times and had a good experience. I saved a lot of gas trying to find what I wanted. Prices are very competitive as well.

Although I have only ever purchased just a few items from ArcataPet I have found those items to be of high quality. My lory loves the new gel food that I got for him. ArcataPet also has great communications, a nice selection of goods and very fast shipping. I highly recommend them!

I had been looking for replacement doors for a bird cage. Happened upon your website. Easy to order and I appreciated the option of giving a credit card online or submitting the order and then calling with payment. I believe I spoke to the company on Saturday and my replacement arrived on Tuesday! They were in the mail the day I called. Will definitely be using them again!

I am very happy w my order I got from here. I ordered chicken id bands and I didn't need to buy 25 or more of one size. I was able to order as little as I needed. Thanks for the fast service of sending them.

Thanks to ArcataPet for the two great collars and fantastic service. I received your shipping email acknowledging my order within the hour, and my merchandise was received within three days. I thank you, and my dogs thank you. And, did I mention the best prices around! Mary San Luis Obispo County

I have 14 hens not 100 and all the other companies would not sell assortments of band colors - except Arcata! Thank you so much now I can actually tell my girls apart and stop blaming the wrong hen for bad behaviors or being mischievous! I will definitely shop here again!

I cannot believe how easy it was to check out and how quickly I received my order! They shipped it out the same day I ordered and I had it 2 days later. Fantastic!

Found a toy I had been looking all over for. I could only find it in lots of 52 pieces. Well I didn't need that many! I was able to purchase the amount I needed at a very reasonable price. Shipping was quick and inexpensive. Definitely will buy from you again.
