ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

Arcata would have to be one of the best companys i have had dealings with for many a long year customer service second to none what they say they will deliver they do .

Great items! Fast shipping to Canada! VERY reasonable prices & shipping! Will be back for sure :)

After searching for more than 2 years I finally found the right place, Why?... Because apparently these guys are the only one who sell the type of seed/water cups for my parrot's cage. I am beyond being pleased with the purchase. And I am not a paid agent. So trust me--this is the right place :)

Ordered before July 4th. Was sent out right away and received quickly. Not affected by the holiday at all.Very affordable, also.

With a new puppy in the family there was a need for "soft" chokers. Thank you for having them available in many sizes (we will order larger sizes as she grows) at very reasonable prices. Pet stores in this area do not carry these "soft" chokers. I have used them for may years on all my dogs. A Bulldog, many Shar-Pei and a 98 pound collie.

ArcataPet has reasonable prices, shipped my order FAST, gave me order tracking info, & followed up with me.

The Customer Service at ArcataPet.com was excellent. When the order I put in online turned out to be out of stock, the sales team immediately contacted me to find an alternative option. I was able to request a new item via email and they fulfilled the order right away. I was very happy with my experience and the product, small cat name tags, turned out exactly as I had expected.

I ordered 6 of the yarn cat nip stuffed animals and they arrived very quickly and were what I expected! All adorable and my cats love them.
