Quick delivery. Couldn't find the bird cups anywhere near home. They had what I needed and it was fairly priced.

I am located in Sydney, Australia and have been dealing with Arcata Pets for many years. They sell very well priced products and they offer outstanding customer service. I am a very happy customer.

We order Crazy Corn for our birds & its hard to find. Arcata Pets always has what we need at a competitive price. I feel safe ordering with my credit card knowing I'll get a personalized receipt assuring they received my order.

A really excellent company! I love my pug hat! I ordered it on Friday, and received it Monday for $4 shipping (from California to Pennsylvania!) Great condition! I've gotten tons of compliments! I've already suggested them to at least 3 people!

I used to live in Arcata and would exclusively go to this store because I loved their selection of quality pet food. Now that I live across the country I can only order online. All of my orders have been processed and shipped very quickly. I would recommend this lovely local family run company to anyone.

ArcataPet.com had a pet door that I had been searching for six months. I should have checked them first and highly recommend them for all your pets needs. They shipped the pet door promptly and I can now keep the stray cat out of the house at night but let my dogs use the pet door throughout the day. Thank you for your help. Sandra Jewell

So great to work with a small company. The personal service was great. I was in bad need to receive a special dog collar for post surgery and I absolutely positively had to have it by Wednesday. They were able to assure me shipment and delivery and no way could an operator at Amazon do that. Big shout out to ArcartaPet.com for friendly competent service. You're aces!

When the stores where I shopped for food for my loris stopped carrying the products I needed, I shopped around and found that there were no pet shops in my area that carried food specifically for loris. I went online and found what I wanted with Arcata. Now I am happy, and my birds are happy....and well fed, thanks to Arcata.
