We ordered an Elizabethan collar for our cat the day before Thanksgiving. We needed a smaller one for a small cat. ArcataPet shipped it out on the day we ordered it. Really appreciate them shipping that day and not waiting till the day after Thanksgiving. Our cat is unhappily ensconced in her collar and getting better.

Appreciate the personal customer service and my dog loves the Snook's sweet potato chips. Arcata has them at a good price.

I ordered an engraved product on a Saturday morning and it arrived Monday afternoon. That is extremely fast considering I am located in Virginia. My experience was excellent. Thanks!

I can't believe how fast my order arrived, less than a week to Ontario, Canada! Keep up the great work.

I ordered a Chilly Dog Pink Aspen Fair Isle Dog Sweater. Excellent quality & sizing was exactly right. I have had difficulty finding sweaters to fit my part schnauzer/part poodle. Other sweaters were either too big or too small. Very quick delivery of the item. I would most definitely recommend purchasing dog sweaters from Arcata.
