I love the Max Pawfection line of leashes. The one I wanted was in stock and shipped the same day and got to me in PA two days later. It was nice getting an email about my order confirmation from an actual person and not just an automatic one that most places send after you order online. Thank you!

I have purchased pet supplies from Arcata for years. They not only have low prices but they have excellent customer service. I always receive my order faster then expected. I wish I could give them six stars!

Customer Service was very efficient in filling our order. It was exactly what we wanted. The delivery came by mail in 2 days. The estimated time on shipping was 5-7 days. Got here, 200 miles away, much faster than we expected. Good deal all around. Thanks much.

They have exactly what I needed. It is a fairly obscure brand. The dog food has been sold out all over town and back ordered everywhere else, all due to manufacturing issues. But Arcata has it! And, it arrived on the day they promised. Quite simply, you can't get better than that. My only teeny tiny thought is that the shipping was a bit high, but still well worth it.

I stumbled upon this site last summer when another website I used did not have my item in stock. You will not find any online coupons for this website, but don't be fooled: Their prices are competitive with all the other pet websites out there and their shipping fees are totally reasonable. To top it off, their stuff arrives fast! I may be biased because I live in the same state, but unlike some websites where you get a shipping confirmation 2-3 days later that your item has left their facility, this place makes every effort to get your stuff shipped out the same day you order it. If you order in the evening, it will definitely go out by the next morning. I don't even bother price comparing anymore. Bookmark this site and save yourself the trouble of price comparing.
