ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

They had the best price on the multi dog leash I was looking for and it arrived at my house the next day! I do live in California where they are also located but I was very impressed with how quickly the leash arrived. They must have had it in the mail within an hour of my placing the order. I will be ordering from the next time I need something for one of my many pets.

I got the product I was looking for after searching high and low for it. The processing and delivery was prompt and the cost was reasonable. I will definitely shop here again. Thank you ArcataPet.com!

I was looking for a pewter labrador keychain and found one on the ArcataPet website. However, they were out of stock...The message said that they would email me when one came in. I must admit I was skeptical on that one...companies get busy and it wasn't even a $10.00 purchase. But much to my surprise, Chris at ArcataPet DID!!! And I bought it immediately!! It arrived in 2 days. Excellent Service, excellent company - I will buy from them again!

Due to the preference of my bird, I always have to place a tailored order each time, and it's always handled fast and efficiently. I wish more companies handled their business like ArcataPet.com.

I couldn't believe how quickly my order was shipped...excellent service. Additionally, Arcata's prices are great and very competitive with other places I have shopped.

I have a 21 year-old cockatiel who's original seed and water dishes were cracked. We couldn't find the replacements anywhere and my husband bought a smaller dish which the bird was not happy about. Thanks to your company, I ordered the dishes and two days later they arrived and we have a very happy bird once again!

I have purchased avian vitamins and other pet supplies from Arcata for many years. They keep popular items in stock, their prices and shipping charges are clearly stated, they package the items securely, and their quality is very consistent. In this age of internet businesses opening and closing, and shifting the items they keep in stock depending on the whim of the market, it's nice to do business with a company that is so reliable and steady. Do not hesitate to do business with them. You will remain a customer for a long time.

Products always in stock. Lightening fast shipping. Nice easy ordering as I am a frequent customer. Online ordering a snap!!! Very reliable and I am 150 % satisfied with every order!!! They have so many choices too!!! Large Kudos !!! Most Sincerely, Suzanne-Marie
