very fast. exactly what we wanted.

Only place I could get these bird feeding cups. Just love them as they are way more convenient. Would definitely order again.

Our red ear slider turtles love Omega One Turtle Sticks and buying the 12.5 oz container was getting rather tedious. We searched for the 10lb bucket and only found a few places that carried it. Arcata Pet has been great at getting our order to us even though we are located way off the beaten path. They have great customer service and let us know if they need to order more in so we can plan accordingly. We will definitely continue to order from them. Thank you Arcata Pet!

Needed to stock up on supplies that I just can't find around here- I have 6 finches and 6 button quail. Sure, I can find bird food here, but everything else, well, not so easy. So, I went online but found only one place that had everything I wanted, Arcata. My order was sent to me well packaged with tracking but I wish USPS shipping options were avail and not just limited to FedEx. Considering the overall ease in shopping with them, I will likely return when I exhaust these supplies but allowing an extra window of time to receive it (FedEx delivers but once or twice weekly, no matter if the order is ready.) I also like that Arcata is personable- they don't shoot off canned automatic emails, but instead have a live person familiar with my order when it comes time to update order status by email. More favorable than not of an experience and I do a lot of online shopping with a variety of businesses for my needs.

I had this keychain for 15 years and lost it. It was very sentimental. I looked up on-line and found the same one. Great quality. Excellent company. Extremely fast service. Definitely recommend. Buy with confidence!

Excellent products with high quality. I ordered some shipping pet bowls. I normally buy the ones at petsmart for 4.99 each. Petsmart does not carry the bowls any longer so I searched and found Arcata pet products. I ordered the bowls and I will tell you the bowls are better quality and bigger than the other I've seen. The company shipped my product fast. I am very pleased. I will do more business soon

Nekron R is good stuff and usually very expensive. I found attractive pricing here on a referral.
