A huge selection, friendly personal service, rapid order processing and shipping. Oh, and low prices and honest shipping costs. Simply the best online pet supply store, period.

I live in a remote part of California. In the past I've waited up to 30days just to find my order was on back order from other companies. Arcata pet has my order at my door in 2days! I enjoy placing my order with them. Fast service and quality food arrives.💜

yes i would recommend this company to anyone. they are very prompt with their orders i ordered on a friday and received it on monday. also my lorys love the blessings lory gourmet nectar.

My hard to find item was exactly as described, reasonably priced and shipped promptly. Thank you !

Highly recommended. Second time I've done business with Arcata Pet, and it won't be the last. Prices are good and service is better, brought to you by actual human beings who respond to your emails. Try that with Amazon.

This may the best online merchant I have ever dealt with-and I'm an online shopper. The service is lightning fast, they had the hard to find product I was looking for (Alzoo flea treatment for cats- highly effective and non-toxic) and the price was very low. Thanks, Arcata Pet!

My order was reasonably priced, shipped fast, and when I had a question about the product the person I spoke with was helpful and friendly. (More than I usually get at a big box pet store.)
