Got here quick! Shipped fast! THANK YOU!

I was looking for a 'Bite Not' collar for my dog. Arcata Pet was a recommended dealer of Bite Not products so I called them direct to ask some questions. It was late in the day, Kodee was the Sales person I spoke with. Extremely helpful with both the product knowledge, how to measure for the best fit, and with shipping options. All of this help was given BEFORE I had even placed an order. I will definitely order from Arcata Pet again, purely based on the excellent level of customer service I received from Kodee.

Arcatapet.com and staff were extremely helpful, friendly and professional. I received my product within 2 days from west coast to east coast and my dogs went nuts which was an added bonus. I will definitely do business here again. - Happy Camper 🐶🐶

Ordered my second set of dog stickers from y'all. Got exactly what I expected in a timely manner. Great company to do business with. Thank you!

I would definitely order from this website again. I received my package quick and my products were in good condition. They have great customer service. I would recommend ordering from them.

Service was fast and accurate. Product was exactly what I ordered. Price was reasonable. What more could you ask for?

This company is unbelievable. I placed and order on a Saturday afternoon from east coast. They are in California and I received in in Richmond VA on Monday. Best service I think I ever had.
