ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

I rescued a young humming bird and heard about Nektar Plus since I receive the Nektar Plus the humming bird is thriving and should be ready to be released in a few days. Thank you.

I've bought fish supplies and food as well as software from them and never had an issue. Great store!

I ordered three toy mice with real fur. My cats immediately grabbed the toy and started playing with it. They only stopped when my toy fox terrier picked it up in his mouth and ran away with it. When it dries off again, the cats will be back with it. Arrived fast.

Arcata Pet store is the best. They stand behind their products.

My kittens absolutely love "killing" the hand made real rabbit fur mice y'all make & sell!! I love the fact that they have minimal parts & no plastic for them to possible ingest during their "kill".

The ferret food we give our critters was discontinued by the manufacturer without our knowledge. We did not have enough time or food to get them acclimated to new food so we had to find the old stuff, and fast. ArcataPet was literally the only place I could find in the country that had it in stock. Customer service over the phone was friendly and helpful. The ordering process online was fast and easy, they keep you very informed with emails and tracking numbers. I placed the order on a Friday afternoon and it arrived at my house in Ohio on Monday! The expiration date on the food was over 6 months out as well! I highly recommend ArcataPet and I will use them again.

Highly recommended!!!!! The fish food I ordered and had shipped had the best price and the shipping cost was great. I even got it ahead of schedule. Will definitely order from them again.

I've been buying Lori food for a long time. Always prompt, great company to do business with. Highly recommened.
