Perfect -- Fast shipment to Alaska of exactly what I ordered. Thank you !!

Found my order cheaper than any other price, shipped same day and received next morning using priority mail. My new doggy door parts were exactly the same as manufacturers and worked like a champ. Thank you ArcataPet.com

Its almost impossible to find 5 lb boxes of small Bright Bites which my dogs just love. I can always find them at Arcata and at a better price than anyone, even Amazon.

I needed to receive a product very fast for a patient. I had expected to pay very high prices but to my surprise costs were very reasonable. Thanks to excellent customer service (which is becoming rare) this little patient is progressing wonderfully!

In one week I had to place couple of orders with ArcataPet and I was very pleased with the responsibility and the speed they processed both orders. Will be a regular!

I order some parrot water and feeder placement dishes that were just what I had been looking for and they were half the price I found on other websites. Shipped the same day. I ordered on Saturday and was at my door on Monday.

I ordered a dog harness to be used during rehabilitation exercises for a patient of mine. The harness arrived in perfect condition and is exactly as described. The sizing information provided was incredibly helpful. My patient is very small and xxsmall harnesses are very hard to come by. I will definitely return for more products in the future.

I have ordered a few things from this site over the years. Even though it's not close to my location my items come so quick! Everything that I ordered was just as I expected. Support team was fast in responding to any questions I had. I will come to this site and order again for sure.
