ArcataPet.comReviews of arcatapet.com

I ordered toys and other things for my dog and everything was great

Very satisfied with the purchase but didn't receive 5 stars due to lack of follow up communication after initial order confirmation. Only a order confirmation, and that's it. They actually have fine print to state that is all they email. Post purchase communication could be a little enhanced. Otherwise a fluid transaction.

Good product selection, great customer service, clunky web site that's not that easy to navigate. Love the honest shipping information. My go-to pet stuff store.

Purchased a comfy collar for a Saint Bernard and it is really a life saver for my dog, me and the house. Would have like it arrived earlier but I recognize this may have been a delay in customs service. Will use arcatapet.com services again. Thanks!
