They shipped right away and had my purchase long before I expected it to get here. California to Florida 3 days.

Our cat is a picky eater, and we were excited to see that Arcata Pet carried the brand he liked (Evo) and was able to ship to us. Shipping was not free, but overall cost declined as we added to our order, and the price/bag was reasonable. So, we thought it was well worth it to get the product that wanted for our little kitty. Shipping was fast, and the packaging was excellent so we did not have any punctures in the bag. Thank you for very good service!

I found a pewter Miniature Pincher key chain in my jewelry box ... something that is not often looked into. It had to have been 10-15 years old, because that's how long ago I had "Turbo" a Miniature Pincher. I have since had "Buster" and now "Hugs", a Border Collie 16 months old. So, I ordered two Border Collie key chains and one Chihuahua. The second BC was for the fabulous breeder in Fort Collins, Colorado and the Chihuahua was for a friend in Sonoma, California. Both gift recipients were thrilled with this high quality gift ...

I was a bit worried when I order them, because the price it's like too good to be true. I didn't order a lot of things. Since I need to ship my chi babies, I need the food and water bowl for shipping. Amazon selling 6.38$ and their price was 2.xx$. Unbeatable price! Great company and very legit!!!!

I accidentally ordered twice or something and they promptly contacted me to see if the duplicate order was correct. I told them that I just needed one order and it was no problem. My bird food shipped the same day and we got it quickly.

I just got a new puppy so I ordered the double leash. Not only was it much nicer that I expected it was on sale and I received it the very next day. Couldn't ask for more than that and I will definitely shop here again and recommend the site to my friends with pets.

I love Arcata Pet! I shop here for a very specific item for my dog and am a repeat customer. Would recommend to pet lovers everywhere!

These fine folks are a precision team. They took care of my order, corrected the mistake I made with my credit card info, and shipped the order very quickly. I highly recommend this company.
