When I opened the container and discovered the manufacturer had mistakenly placed the wrong product inside, I contacted Arcata, who contacted the manufacturer, and quickly got me a replacement. I have been looking for a source fro EVO cat food since it's been more challenging lately to find. Chewy.com told me that EVO is now only distributing to retailers with bricks and mortar presence and I looked for a trustworthy supplier. From Vermont, I was not expecting to find one in California but Arcata had fair shipping policies, friendly customer service, and immediate turnaround of my order (on a Sunday!) which made them very competitive with a larger retailer like Chewy. I was very impressed with the experience of purchasing cat food from Arcata Pet.
