ArcReviews of arc.dev

I'm a software developer. After working on different platforms, Arc was the best developer experience overall. All contractual stuff is handled by the Arc project management team. As a developer you just focus on what you love - writing code! Very smooth payment system as well. I have worked with 2 clients through them already and I hope to do more work through Arc in the future!

It is giving me good ideas and connection

I've 7 years experienced at the web development.

I am still in the recruitment process but I have had an exceptional experience with the recruitment team. They are very responsive in the communication.

My experience of being hired by a US company was amazing. Arc was instrumental in refining my profile and provided insightful guidance on the hiring process. Once I was hired, I thought Arc's role would end, but I was pleasantly surprised. I felt well-supported each week, thanks to their regular reminders. Now, I am filled with gratitude for the weekly payments I receive.

Arc has been a game-changer for my job-seeking journey. Its intuitive interface makes navigating job listings a breeze, while its customizable dashboards help me stay organized and focused. The seamless integration with other tools streamlines the application process, saving me valuable time and effort. I'm also impressed by Arc's responsive customer support team, who have been quick to address any queries or concerns I've had. Overall, Arc has exceeded my expectations and is a must-have for anyone looking to streamline their job search process. Highly recommended!

Good platform for remote workers

We schedule a first stage interview. reschedule... I did not mind. I reschedule the second stage interview due to technical difficulties. All good. I sent emails asking for the content and methodology of the technical interview. No answers. The day of the technical interview I was asked to code a simple Fibonacci function in my preferred coding language. After working and studying the whole day I could not finish it. I have 14 years of experience as a software engineer ,but having a gap (time) in my resume. I asked where to send my certificates and translated degrees. And my communication skills were also questioned... worked 4 years in Customer Service in Australia including high risk environments and IT development. now they reply: " We appreciate the time you’ve invested in the vetting process. Unfortunately, you did not pass. We are looking for candidates who have: -A complete application -Significant work experience -Effective communication skills -Proficient technical skills" not happy at all with the process. "we are so sorry, but because you could not finish this wall, we can not believe you are an architect" very basic and 1 way communication also... My technical interviewer has the worst English pronunciation ever
