I went to Arby's on 6/16/22 for lunch. Restaurant #5215. I had 2 separate orders. The shake machine was frozen and the coke was weak. I spent $38 for food that was not worth it. The bread on the chicken sandwich's was stale and falling apart. The crinkle fries were not fresh. When i first started going here, the food was fresh, I don't know what has happen, but the food is not fresh like it use to be.

Arby’s has lost my business forever. They’ve taken everything that I eat off the menu. So I tried this supposedly wagyu burger today and their curly fries( since there are now longer onion rings or potato cakes). VERY over priced dressed up to hide no flavor meat burger. As much as I hate saying this. A quarter pounder(if actually cooked and not raw) is better. I hate McDonalds. Arbys is getting worse.

Your restaurant at14414 N Newport Hwy, Mead, WA is horrible. If this is a franchise, the owner needs to be fined. It was 4:15 on a Friday afternoon so not a busy time. Be that as it may, we waited 15 minutes with one person in line in front of us. I ordered regular fries and got curly fries and was missing my wife's Mac N Cheese. OK, so I get that mistakes can happen and I can forgive them when they are high school kids making $5.00 an hour. I can also forgive them when there are 15 cards waiting in line, but you guys are paying these people starting salaries of $30K and there was only one truck in front and no one behind us. Again...4:15 on a Friday afternoon. I grow weary of incompetent service in America for even the simplest of things. I expect a coupon for my trouble.....

Went thru the drive thru last week. Ordered new bacon ranch wagu burger and crinkle cut fries. They told me to pull up because they needed to make more fries. 10 minutes later I called the store. Oh we forgot. Be right out. A few minutes later they brought my food out. The burger turned out to be the classic instead. It was overrun with sauce. Not good at all.

Love the new deluxe hamburger. Best one I've ever had from a fast food place. Actually, from anywhere. Way better than Wendy's, McDOnald's, Frisches, Steak & Shake, BW's, Applebee's and EO's Burger. I wish I could make mine at home like yours. They're delicious. I could eat one everyday. I will NOT be going to any other place for a hamburger. Thank you, Loleta Stanaford

I m Grubhud Driver, The employee told me that he would not look on the screen if I had already taken the order, with a very discriminating tone towards me. He turned his back on me, and forced me to take the order, which he was not sure if I had already accepted on the application..THE EMPLOYE TRANSGENDER IS VERY ANGRY..
