Worst company in the world!! Zero customer service… don’t waist your time ordering from this company that’s if you want to actually receive your items!!

I ordered on July 28. I got one AI call which accomplished nothing. I am still waiting to find out what is going on with my order.

Ordered an item and never got it. Sent several emails and made several phone calls and never received a reply or call back. I can't seem to get ahold of a person at this company to ask for refund. Worst customer service ever. SCAM

I ordered an Acacia butcher block and was told they received my order but it never did ship. They didn’t charge me but I couldn’t get a response from them stating why or if it shipped. It’s been over 4 weeks so I sent an email to cancel with no response again. This is the worst customer service ever.

I placed an order for Dewalt walking weed eater for $320 w/shipping. Order was acknowledged upon approval (whatever that meant) and i would receive notice of shipping. 3 weeks later, I still have no notice of shipping AND no response to my two requests for order status. I called to cancel the order and they won't even talk to you if the order isn't over $1000. Never again. Update: Two weeks after I canceled the order I finally received an acknowledgement that the order was canceled.

Can't agree more with recent reviews/posts. Ordered items in April 2025 and following multiple attempts to get status of fulfilling the order they finally (July 2025) replied that they would be unable to fulfill the order at this time; yet, said items still show up on websites (#arbor home, #superarbor, #arbor) as being in-stock and able to ship in "2-4 business days". FRAUD!

I order (2) vanities from this company. I recieved order numbers and then no matter how many times I contacted them I never recieved any communication and never recieved the product I paid for. Everyone says just call the credit card company, but they said since I gave them the number it is my problem. So out $900.00 and never recieved the vanities.

nothing but wasting time and scam basically if you don't have it why are you advertising.
