I purchased a set of coils for my wife's Town Car back on September 2014, did not seem that long ago but it was. Car was missing and pulled out the old OBD tool and diagnose came back as number three coil DOA. Contacted (emailed) the company and David email me back saying he had my coil replacement ready to go? Wow, all he needed was to verify address and out it went on a Tuesday and it was here Thursday afternoon waiting on me. That is customer service you cannot beat. If you are in the market for coils, replace them all as the entire price is outstanding and I buy from the internet all the time. Forget the local Auto parts store , they charge more because you need them now. David and the crew did an outstanding job on my order and the copper coils are the best to purchase. Do yourself and favor and contact David and the crew at Araparts.com and you will not regret it. I am a believer and will purchase from him from now on. Semper Fi...................Grump (Joe)
