Very fast shipping
Very fast shipping, didn’t expect it that fast and was amazed when I found it on my tailgate. Don’t know why it was left there but at least it got here fast

Never received the part
Ordered a part from the Southern California area, it went to Oklahoma, then to Albuquerque, then to Phoenix, and back to Albuquerque where it sat for five days. And then it was sent back to Phoenix and ultimately returned back to the seller.

Cannot fault this company
Simple and easy to understand website, the tracking was absolutely brilliant. Updates to where my parcel was were super detailed and accurate. Easily transferred to DPD tracking in the UK and was delivered exactly when it said it would be. They offered a $10 Amazon voucher for a positive review but didn't follow through.

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. EBAY seller used Aquiline service. Seller sent item to Aquiline but it never was not sent out as promised. After multiple requests for a refund (refused) I was no longer to track the item thru Aquiline. Item finally arrived after a significant delay. Beware.

Very bad experience!
Very bad experience! The carrier didn’t inform me that he is going to deliver the package that day. He left the package in front of the door without informing me, as a consequence somebody took the package! Those two essential informations appeared on the tracking site after a couple of days…completely useless…

Cannot fault this company tracking
Cannot fault this company tracking. All the way from Italy through Germany Belguim and to here. Perfectly tracked all the way with Dpd making the last journey. Absolutely excellent

I ordered an item and paid extra for…
I ordered an item and paid extra for quick delivery as it was a birthday gift. The supplier packed the small package and dispatched immediately but instead of a journey of about 60 miles it was sent to Germany. From there to France then to Rugby in UK. Each country it went through customs clearance. From Rugby to a UK site further away from the original dispatch point. Eventually arrived after 8 days. Not a particularly successful attempt at shipping a small parcel.
