Thanks not what I expected

Paket wurde von Amazon ausgeliefert. Warum auch nicht. Leider kein Zeitfenster für die Zustellung. Auch gut. Aber das Versprechen eines "Dankeschöns für eine positive Bewertung" in Form eines Amazon- Gutscheins, und das ist dann auch noch nur ein Fake, -"Aktion eingestellt"- kann man immer behaupten. Was soll das?

The item was delivered on the day it was due. Not only that but it was a next day delivery just before Christmas. However, my gripe is that whilst I received an email at 17.02 that the item had been delivered, no time nor location was given, (It did not fit in my letterbox and I was out at the time). I looked outside in the dark but could not see anything. At 00.37 the next day an email arrived saying when it had been delivered and where the item had been deposited, but I only read it on the following morning. Delivery had indeed been on the due day at 16.36 but it had been left outside overnight in the rain. Luckily, it was not stolen or damaged. Suggestions for improvement. Offer text as well as email notification notice; offer a delivery window and/or safe place option; synchronise notifications with real time events - i.e. delivery to be advised at the time and not eight hours later.

Tracking information wasn’t available until after the package was delivered

Schnelle Lieferung war supi. Jedoch wurde die Ware einfach vor dem Hauseingang gelegt obwohl ich zuhause war.Diese hätte auch in den Briefkasten gepasst. Sowas geht gar nicht,weil 1. Ein Mehrfamilienhaus 2. Eine viel durch laufende Straße wo jeder es hätte einfach endwenden können.

I had never heard of Aquiline before. The tracking of this wasn't great. Didn't know it was being delivered until I found it on the front steps. The delivery driver, ran in dropped it off and took off again. Didn't even ring door bell or knock on door. I was home at the time and would have heard it if he had done it. And my security cameras show he is so quick, that there was no way he had time to knock and see if anyone was home. In an area where packages go missing regularly. Only knew it was delivered when my son came home from work.

Simple and easy to understand website, the tracking was absolutely brilliant. Updates to where my parcel was were super detailed and accurate. Easily transferred to DPD tracking in the UK and was delivered exactly when it said it would be. They offered a $10 Amazon voucher for a positive review but didn't follow through.
