Aquatis LLCReviews of aquatis.host

I have used aquatis for a long time now and they are generally a reliable host. However the only lacking point for me is their discountinuation of a deal which effectively removed their one dollar per gb scheme on minecraft servers. Other than that extremely great support and reliable!

Performance(Server): ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The performance of the Server is good. Nothing over 20tps with 2-4 Players online and we are using huge Plugins with 1GB Ram. The automatic world save service is great and works fine. Price: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Just one word: budget. Great prices! Support: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Amazing, support was even in not support typical times online and helped me with my payment issue instantly. Webinterface: ⭐️⭐️➖➖➖ The webinterface is (in my eyes) a huuge downside. The MC Panel sometimes needs up to 30-40 seconds to perform an action or reload something. If you try to upload bigger files, it sometimes just stop after 40-50% and gives you an error. (I'm mostly forced to use Filezilla, which sometimes lost the connection to the host while uploading bigger files too. (Idk if thats a Problem on my side but it works fine with other hosting agencys.) Also the MC Panel can be a bit weird for newbies. Website Design:⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Nothing what really make a good hosting agecy but the Design of Aquatis User Panel and Website in General is huuuuge. It looks so clean and is really well done. (Probs to designers) Hope my Review helps you guys! Its an honest and fair Review imo. ;)

Absolutly amazing host, the support is the best I've seen, just a few little things that get in the way - Downtime, seems to be a lot better than it was but still has the ocational huccup - The servers section on the aquatis manager doesn't work, at least for me on FireFox - Deleting a large file through Multicraft FTP causes a connection timed out error everytime and I have to contact support for it to be fixed - The Multicraft panel can be really slow at times, as in 20 seconds to load the page Other than that, really good server host and would recomend!

Edited Review: I decided to edit my review for this host once again, as my recent views have changed, and the hosting seems to have improved overall. Since the last review edit I made about 1-2 months ago, the support team seems to be much quicker about fixing any downtime issues with their services. At the time of writing this, there still appears to be some downtime, but not quite as often or lengthy as before. I have also recently rented a custom server managed by the founder, and I have not had any issues at all, after a few weeks of working with him. He seems like a great guy to do business with. This host is definitely getting better and improving with communication, as they now put out update logs to let everyone know what is going on with their services. I would recommend this host to someone starting out or for small communities looking for a decent budget hosting. I haven't managed to find any other host that I believe is the same quality or higher for servers as cheap as this host offers.
