Hello, I've looked into the referenced ticket, you were spamming the ticket system which is the reason you were asked to stop. Every reply moves your ticket to the bottom of the queue, resulting in slower response times and harder readability. I apologize if you found the reply you've received rude or offensive. Terrible service Since ordering the service I have not been able to use it at all! It should work even if 1 little change to the mods is made but no it wouldn't even work after that. If you want to go for cheap and spend every moment trying to get the server running rather than playing the game with your community then go ahead otherwise STAY WELL AWAY!!

Hey, Unfortunately, you did not reply to the ticket you opened. As was explained in the ticket, when removing a mod from a forge server that adds additional blocks or items to the game, you must remove these blocks and items from your world using the "fml confirm" command or the Confirm startup argument. My experience was good at first, but after 3 or so days, I noticed the server randomly shutting down. Didn't think anything of it, until the entire node my server is hosted on (TX8) went offline for over 12 hours, with no updates from the Aquatis Staff (except for acknowledging it was down, but no ETA on a fix or what the issue was). Then, the node went down again. Overall, not having a good experience because I can't physically play with my server going offline and online and offline and repeating.
