Aquatis LLCReviews of aquatis.host

Aquatis is a awesome minecraft server host. They've helped me out with so much stuff that my previous server hosts have refused to help with. Aquatis has a great support team, you can get a hold of their support on the website or through their discord. With a lot of members apart of their discord you have other server owners who try to help you out as well which is very nice since support can get busy. They always answer my questions no matter how stupid they may seem to be to me. The founder of the host also helps me out which is a big plus in my book. I highly recommend using their hosting service as you will not find another host like them!

i started my server about 2 months ago a had fast support and cheap prices if you are looking for a cheap and good server hosting service aquatis is your choice!

A very great budget hosting company, giving users respectable hardware for the price. I wouldn’t recommend for any large-scale operations. However, for most people I 100% recommend it as long as they don’t expect more than 80 players on their server. You get what you pay for.

You will never find a support team better than Aquatis in my eyes. They were with me every step of my BungeeCord problem and help me set up my server with ease. Klanx, Amit and the whole crew are really trying their best to achieve excellence in the field of hosting. Aquatis LLC has amazing customer support and their servers are very stable with no issues on their end. I do wish they had plans that had more than 10GB for future-proofing, but for now, it's probably more than enough for me. Something to keep in mind if you want to host larger servers. Their prices are extremely fair and they certainly promote quality, which is extremely surprising for the cheap prices you'll pay for their service. While it did take a while for my server to get approved, it was resolved as soon as their support came online and they were apologetic and very nice about it all. That's the only issue I've had on their end but it wasn't a big deal in the end since their support is stellar and quick; if you catch them online (everyone needs to sleep)! I did ask for a hug in my order but I did not receive a hug. This is just a mistake on my part as they're not a hugging service. Overall, I'm extremely happy with Aquatis and I praise their support. It's as if I'm actually talking to a human!

The most reliable hosting site I know of. Support is A+++.

Hi so I came here due to being led around in circles and completely ignored by my previous provider in which i had paid for the top package (much more expensive than this provider) for full support which i never received. As soon as i joined the discord server here and messaged AmiT177 i got quick responses and with was told more information than i had previously got in 4 weeks from my last provider. Once i had set up an account Ami basically did everything for me including installing paperspigot and i am so grateful for that as you saved me and the servers members from potentially hours of being offline. Then i began getting errors in my console and i had no idea what to do so i again contacted ami asking loads of stupid questions and the whole time he/she was quick to respond being polite and giving useful information going as far to offer to fix it for me. Since i have joined yesterday the server has been running completely fine apart from me installing dodgy plugins but that is obviously me to blame and even then Ami was there to help! Also the price is around 3 times cheaper than my previous provider with 10 times better customer service. Overall i am really impressed so far and am glad i have switched to Aquatis if anyone reading this is a potential customer i really do recommend this provider 100% and i am going to be setting another server here in the next coming days also.

I have been a customer with aquatic for well over a year and the services have always worked exceptionally well however some time ago the support was not the best and it took time to get help on certain issues but these issues were never the companies it was always a question I had about setting something up because I had some troubles back then but I still always ended up getting support now days the support is actually above excellent I had a complicated question that I couldn't find help anywhere else online and I got a response with actual information helping me within minutes this is on the discord server I 100 percent recommend this company to anyone and they are adding new things everyday they certainly do care about the customers and they have a great future ahead love riley
