I have looked you up in the system and we entered your information on 12/16/2017 in the system for your soap and an email was sent out that day. Sometimes your welcome email shows up in your spam folder so we just resent your email invitation. Thank you for the review Chris.First of all I want to say sorry if there was a misunderstanding on the interest rate for your system. I personally looked into your purchase agreement and the interest rate is on the application but it seems like there was a breakdown in communication. Please feel free to contact the office at 346-360-3634 so we can go over options about how to pay on your system to minimize how much is paid in interest. We want to make sure that you are a happy customer with our company. The financing is provided as a service so homeowners can enjoy the benefits that Westinghouse water can provide without having to put large sums of money up front and enjoy the leisure of paying it off over time. Our financing department can go through how to pay it off a quickly as possible to minimize the interest on the balance so give us a call and we will be happy to walk your through your account!
