I have issue with the pricing for the…
I have issue with the pricing for the filters which is super high. Just seems like a way to keep getting more money from the customers. The tech was great though!

Aqua Life
I purchased my system a year ago from Aqua Life. They came out last week to service the system which was not a good experience. However, with that being said I did reach out to their management to voice my concern and displeasure. They had another tech come out today and it was a totally different experience. He did a great job. I am glad management took my concerns and feedback seriously and made things right.

Love the water softner experience…
Love the water softner experience throughout the house, hair and skin soft, use to have a problem with really dry skin because of thyroid disease. Also love cooking with the water. The maintenance service is great, the technician was very nice and knowledgeable. The only thing I was not happy about was when they installed the system, they did not explain there would be additional maintenace fees, was informed at the time was included in the warranty. But overall a great experience.

Technician was excellent and even went…
Technician was excellent and even went over stuff that the product demonstrators and installation technician did not. Not a fan of the price of the filters but have not had any issues with the system since it’s installation 1 year ago.

We are aware that the price of the filters is uncomfortable for some homeowners that is why we have come up with a great monthly subscription plan to help curb the cost. It actually ends up being cheaper in the long run and you do not have to pay so much out of pocket. AQUALIFE IS ONE WAY OF STAYING HEALTHY
The water is very soft, I saved from buying bottled water, my falling hair is not as bad, cleaning is a lot easier. The taste of my cooking is a lot better. My skin is not as dry and most importantly I am drinking a 90% or more purified water.
