Extremely helpful with the entire process. Support was very detailed with directions, items needed, how to obtain certain items and directing you to the best option for the time frame that the passport was needed in.

Just days before an important overseas trip I realized my passport was missing. It was a late Friday afternoon already and the passport acceptance offices in my town close at 3pm. APVI to the rescue. The two different gentlemen who helped me on the telephone were so kind, and so patient. I was anxious about the time slipping away and they found me a passport acceptance office in a nearby small town local library who stayed open till 5:30pm on a Friday! WHO KNEW??? That meant that I had just enough time to gather my information, get a new photo and get to this library to accept my packet before THEY closed for the weekend. I just got notification that all went well, and that Fed Ex will be delivering my passport first thing in the morning. This service costs a bit of money. However, I would have easily paid double or triple that amount to be able to make my flight and my multiple obligations awaiting me. Thank you APVI

service very favorably acocmplished. some additional contact verifying stages of receipt of fedex subnmissions and timing projection of final receipt / return of documents would help.
